Frank holds his BBA in Finance and M.S. in Real Estate Investment Analysis, both from University of Wisconsin in Madison. He has 15 years of experience in all facets of real estate with a concentration in financial structuring and site selection. Ned O'Hearn, Principal
Ned holds his BA in English from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts and his MCP in City Planning from San Diego State University. Prior to joining Boulders, Ned served 11 years as Executive Vice President of ONCOR International -- a global organization comprised of 50 top-tier, independent commercial real estate firms. Earlier he was the brokerage division sales manager of the largest commercial real estate company in Southeast.

Meredith Howe, Director
Meredith joined Boulders Realty Advisors in October, 2007 upon returning to Arizona from Australia where she received dual Masters Degrees in International Communication and International Business from Macquarie University in Sydney. Prior to returning to the United States she oversaw marketing and customer relations for a leading health club in the Australian capital.

Meredith’s international educational experiences also include programs on “Conducting Business in Mexico” from La Salle University in Mexico City and a “Colloquium in Mass Communication – Thailand” from Southeast Asia University in Bangkok. In 2001 she graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Marketing.

Prior to going overseas for graduate-level studies, Meredith applied her marketing and logistics skills in management positions with Newport Furnishings and the Orange Tree Golf Resort in Phoenix.
