Our Company

Our firm was co-founded by veteran real estate and finance specialists Jim Zemezonak and Frank Demeter in 1999. Ned O’Hearn joined the team in 2005 and Kevin Heinonen opened the northern Arizona office in 2009.

We focus on clients and projects where our combined backgrounds, experiences and skills can be fully leveraged in making important and measurable differences in the results achieved. The team approach continues to be a hallmark of the BRA business model as our principals are actively engaged in every aspect of each assignment.

Over the years, we have performed as exclusive agents and advisors for a diverse group of private investors and national clients – both large and small – including Transwestern Investment Company, SunCor, AEW, General Electric, and PM Realty Advisors.
