Beginnings
The core of the Boulders Realty Advisors team -- Jim Zemezonak and Frank Demeter --first came together in 1996 when the Phoenix regional office of Landauer Real Estate Counselors was formed.

As graduates from the Masters program in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics of the University of Wisconsin in Madison, both Jim and Frank brought to Landauer strong financial and real estate educational backgrounds, broadened by lengthy and substantial careers serving private investment groups and national clients.

Boulders was created when Landauer was sold in the late 1990’s to Grubb & Ellis. Although the philosophy and service expected and provided under Landauer remained unchanged, the Boulders platform allowed the principals to improve agility and focus.

Our Company Today
Boulders Realty Advisors continues to offer premium, personalized real estate consulting, financial, and investment services to a growing, loyal group of clients.

The partnership has expanded to include three principals, supported by dedicated research and marketing specialists.

The company has formed strategic relationships with several private practitioners whose specialized talents can be blended into a Boulders project team. This integration promotes easy and direct access to additional highly specialized skills and resources when necessary.

Longstanding personal relationships built and maintained by our three principals over the past 20 years also provide Boulders Realty Advisors with exceptional coverage and valuable contacts in the major markets of North America and the world.
